- Can I apply for a grant after I've traveled? NO. Applications must be submitted 30 prior to travel

- Can I fax my application to the BGC office? NO. Only original applications will be considered.

- When do I have to turn in my receipts? All receipts must submitted to the BGC office within 5 days of returning from your trip. No exceptions.

- Can I fax my receipts to the BGC office? No. Only original receipts will be reimbursed.

- How often can I apply to the Graduate Council for funding? Students traveling to conferences are eligible for 1 application per half fiscal year, up to $1,000 per fiscal year. Students applying for research grants are eligible for $350 per fiscal year.

- How long does it take to get a reimbursement check? Approximately 6-8 weeks, as long as all of the guidelines are followed.
